The shipping service is carried out through ANDREANI mailing. Shipping cost will be in accordance with the election of customer upon purchase finalization.

If we cannot comply with delivery date due to Force Majeure, we will inform you such circumstances and give you the option to continue with the purchase by fixing a new delivery date or cancel the order by totally refunding paid price, except for the customized and/or on demand orders.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can indicate a delivery address during purchase process. Delivery address may be different from registered address.


IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If there is anyone upon delivery time, Mailing service shall carry out 2 (two) new delivery visits. If they do not have any replies for reception, the product shall return to our warehouse and we will contact you again to coordinate a new delivery at buyer’s cost.


WHO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Anyone can receive it at delivery address, provided that the receiver of product shows his/her identity document.



RETURN POLICY - CURATORIA

Returns of defective or broken products

You shall contact us immediately when receiving the product or within 72 hours, through our contact areas by informing product data as well as damages, and we will indicate you how to proceed. You may return the product by delivering to a messenger sent by us to your address when you require picking it up. We will proceed to inspect carefully returned product and will send you, within a reasonable term, an e-mail informing if there will be a refund or replacement of product (if applicable). The refund or replacement of product shall be carried out as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days subsequent to the date when we send you an e-mail confirming the refund or the replacement of non-conforming product. Amounts paid for those products that are returned for any fault or defect, when it really exists, shall be totally refunded, including delivery expenses incurred to deliver the product and costs in which you had incurred to return it to us. The return shall be made through the same payment method used to pay the purchase, without prejudice to rights set for by legislation in force.


Returns and Changes

You can return all the products sold at the website (unless otherwise indicated in the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at ([email protected]) until 10 calendar days as from receiving your purchase to receive more instructions. Returns required after 10 days or without prior notice are not eligible for refund.


Steps for return:

  • Contact our customer service team within 10 days subsequent to product reception.

  • Receive Return Authorization Number and put it in the package together with invoice and product.

  • Ensure that all the products to be returned and their original labels are in the package (see “Product Conditions to achieve a Complete Refund”).

  • Send it back to our offices using your preferred sending service (traceable) within 7 days subsequent to the reception of your Return Authorization Number: ([email protected])

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY in the original payment method.

  • Return and buy again ;)


Product Conditions to achieve a Complete Refund:

  • Products must be without use and wash, exactly in the same conditions as they were sent and without any signs of use;

  • Products must be returned with their original packaging: trademark boxes and dust bags are also part of product and they must be returned;

  • All the labels must be in their original place;

  • All the products must be returned in the original package for an adequate protection during the delivery.


If all the above conditions are not met, you will not be possibly eligible for the complete refund. In this case, you will have the option to receive the product again at your own cost. If you refuse to accept the return, we will reserve the right to keep the product and original billed amount.


All the refunds are only done through original payment method and may take 14 days to appear in your banking statement. Once issued the refund, you may contact directly your bank to obtain more information.


For returns, the value to be considered will be that one paid for the product upon purchase, independently that the product has another price upon change time.


In case of international sales, all the sales are final.
